Yes, I got a letter yesterday, from a very old PP account in my real details from years ago. Not sure if PP sent letters to ALL account holders, or just PP account holders that have not logged in...

Thats what im getting at, could expose many stealth accounts, the person would contact PP and dispute that they are not the person on the letter, PP could then could look into those accounts abit...
