I agree....if you every had to deal with a US rep, you'd be toast...and personally, i NEVER deal with foreign reps....NEVER...they are robots who have NEVER helped me....screwed me every time......

I'm not going to sugar coat it....that is horrible! However you do it, you need to have a stealth is the same gender as the person that will be talking to them......swap it!
