It's ok to have someone in India ship for you.

Yep looks like you have forgotten to use your vpn on a login or logged in from another country. I remember that I forgot my VPN several times and the got this message. I told them I was the only one...

you can just tell them you're the only one. Should be fine. Had that with 2 of my accounts, it always worked when I told them I was the only one.
