is there a way to use a out of state address to get mail forwarded?
since all my ebat accounts got suspended were all address in ohio, im creating a account but is there anyway i can use a different address in another state? and then get a address from some mail forwarding place and get all my retuns sent there and then sent to me from them? if so what websites or companies do this?

Well, if your concern it's just about returns I think you can just put on real envelope any address you want, because ebay does not see what you put there.
From my experience many buyers will not have a problem and some will insist returning to the original sender address.
