3 days inbound to custom

I have a package that has been in customs for nearly 3 days. It says that my package has arrived at the 'inward office of exchange' from Slovakia. I've never had a package that had to go through customs before and I'm not sure if I should just wait or try and contact someone. (i don't know who I would contact either) But the shipment was sent through a postal service called Slovenska Posta.
