The lady I spoke with, who called me, was very helpful and polite. At least she said she was sorry on behalf of ParcelForce, and that they couldn't do anything more. The parcel is lost
Perhaps I could call them again.
Sender though has promised to send a new item, this time by DHL... But I do not belive anything more before I actually have my item here.
So my advice is, don't ever choose delivery way that involves PF!
