So, I'm going through the roundabout of researching a possible new supplier.
This stems from an email they sent me, and I don't get what it means. Sorry if I'm dumb and it's something obvious... If the package have problem with Customs , we will be responsible and will resend all orders for free, you do not need to pay again . However, if your package is held by your country Customs, you need to contact the Customs of your country, and to team work with them until your orders release from your country Customs.
What is with the bolded part? Either they reship or they don't.

in other words
if it gets seized you dont get sheet
Chinese customs never seize goods on an outwards journey
the way they say it makes it sound good
tell them you want 50% off next order if it gets seized by USA customs

I like how this guy answered the "will you reship if customs seize" question due to his honesty.
"-About U.S. customs.I think you are professional businessman,so you know about it. Thats right, Cause of the trot. The product will taken by U.S. customs when they find them. So thats why i amm shipping with them by EMS. Its post express.Alrought its maybe later than some commerce express,(such as DHL,UPS). But its saver than the commerce express,Have little chance for through customs examination. But the commerce express have big rish for it."
He basically said what everyone in this forum has been saying, EMS is slower but safe. DHL/UPS/Fedex is faster but risky. I like when suppliers come right out and say that and don't blow smoke up your ash.

Thats ALL Chinese Double Talk,,,BELIEVE Me some of these guys are MASTERS at it,,,As soon as something goes wrong this guy will Turn on you,,and make you think that either you did not understand him or Vice-versa,,,He will be VERY clear when he will NOT Re-Ship or Give you your money back,,,,Did he mention Customs insurance?,,,,That too is Bull$h^t
Find yourself another supplier,,,there are PLENTY of Honest & Honorable, Chinese suppliers where you do NOT need to put youself in a Position where you have to start a Thread to interpet Chinese English DOUBLETALK,,,

I like that guy.
After going back and forth, he said he would refund 50% of anything that gets seized. Right now we're going back and forth on pricing, and he's not budging much, which to me, is another good sign. He also admitted to not having some stuff I was looking for as far as the product at hand. Scammers will tell you they have everything no matter what.
Even if something does get seized, and he doesn't live up to his end on the 50% bit, then I'll just file a grievance with my CC and get refunded that way (done this before).
Trust me, I research and screen a lot of Chinese suppliers. This guy is the best I've found in awhile.

sounds legit to me
nearly all Chinese suppliers say However, if your package is held by your country Customs, you need to contact the Customs of your country, and to team work with them until your orders release from your country Customs. its pretty good indicator they are legit and want good business with you for long time

I guess I get lucky.Once I ordered stuff together with my friend (neighbor),it got seized.
My supplier reshipped even before he saw the custom seizure letter. (only because it arrived 4 months later,30 days yeah right..)

My original supplier did that as well, and he originally told me he wouldn't, but I make him a lot of money and he decided to go rogue ship DHL when he knows damn well I'm EMS only.
If you order regularly from any supplier and are consistently putting money in their pocket, they will refund a seizure no matter what usually.

I really wish my original supplier wouldn't have dropped off the face of the earth once Chinese Holiday started.
I hope he actually comes back too...

Slappzilla, You sound like your in Love!
These Chinese suppliers take too many damn days off!
But you gotta learn to order plenty of merchandise before the Holidays hit or you got nothing to sell.

I just wish my original supplier would shoot me an email saying "hey, I'll be back on this date". He told me before he went on Holiday he'd be back on 1/25 but I can't get a response from him or his website so I don't know wtf.

...and what do you know, my original supplier just emailed me back.
Apparently he took an extended holiday from what he said he would, slacker.

Good to be back in biz. They do that from time to time. I really wouldn't worry about it in the future unless it's literally months they have been missing.
