What is actually gonna happen if they catch it at customs?-will u just lose it or will they come after u ?

Depends on what you're caught with. Seems like they tend to just destroy shipments of phake's unless it's like a shipping container full, in which case they'll charge someone and brag about it on the news.

Drugs on the other hand they tend to prosecute every time.

I orders 2 packages from Germany they both made it all the way to Cincinnati hub Customs open them and I got one deliver today the other one does not show up again on my tracking leaving Cincinnati does that mean I will not get my second package I paid over $60 for that second package can I do anything to get the second package

did you call DHL or email them and ask what is the status?
if it is in customs,there will be no tracking until it is back with DHL
