Tracking Event Import from China

This is the first time I have imported one article from China by China Air Post door to door.

27-08-2013 11:09 International Hub Received and processed
23-08-2013 15:21 International Hub Awaiting Customs clearance
23-08-2013 15:20 International Hub Received in destination country
21-08-2013 12:16 Delivery Agent - EMSEVT SHANGHAI Forwarded for export
20-08-2013 09:41 Delivery Agent - CHINA Collected from customer

I have called PF who simply say that the parcel (docket probably shows value $44 and NOT vero) is awaiting customs clearance. I pointed out to them that it had already gone through "Awaiting Customs Clearance" and been passed to PF who acknowledged this by confirming "Received and Processed" I then asked them what they had processed and where had it been sent i.e. which depot.
They said it hadn't gone to a UK depot but was still awaiting customs clearance.

It was then pointed out to them that the statement" Received and Processed" was therefore a misrepresentation and was not the truth so where was it in reality. They said they were awaiting Customs to determine what Customs were going to charge.

I again pointed out that their comment said it had passed that procedure and they sheepishly admitted that the Received and Processed comment was not really true. I have written to Gary Simpson, CEO and await a response. Goodness knows when I am going to receive it.

Some services take awhile to update and these CS agents arent necessarily well-skilled to handle intense explanations
