Shipping info received just means the label has been created. I have had 2 packages like this. One was stalled for almost 3 weeks. But I would rather it be stalled than taken by customs.
Have you contacted your supplier yet and asked them (politely) what is going on and when they believe it may actually be shipped? | Wrong, shipment info recived means the suppliers courier booked shipping with dhl for an example.
Most suppliers from china use this method:
Factory - supplier - courier - dhl/ems service - customer
Most smaller international suppliers use this method:
Wholesale store/factory - local post - customer
Thats why china suppliers almost always needs 3-5 handling days.
Dhl hk back to normal by the way.
Ems hk 5+ days slower sence october 2013
