Re: Just a warning about Customs...
I have news for you. If you import items to the UK or the US (other countries, I do not know) that have a brand name or are copyrighted, customs will look at the shipment for a "Letter of Authorization" from the brand or copyright owner. By law, that is required to import new items that are copyrighted or trademarked.
Customs is NOT trying to figure out if those Disney Movies you ordered are real or not. If there is no "Letter of Authorization" enclosed in the shipment, they will assume they are counterfeit.
Many sellers on AliExpress and DHGate will re-ship seized items. If you paid by their escrow service, you can also file a claim with them. Sometimes they side with the buyer and other times with the seller.
But the whole idea that customers officials are carefully inspecting items to see if they are legitimate or not is a myth. The average customs officer knows no more about counterfeit merchandise than you or I. The system works because the vast majority of packages coming in are never inspected. Other than maybe being scanned to make sure there are no signs of radioactivity or something like that. If they wanted to open each package, you would have to add WEEKS or MONTHS to the process and hire an army of new customs inspectors.
So, if your argument is that the items you bought off the seller on DHGate are legitimate because HE TOLD YOU SO, then give it up...
