Paypal Limited can it be lifted

ive done my 90 days in ebay and paypal hold on funds. then all of a sudden paypal place a new hold on my funds so i can receive orders but i can't access the fund straight away anymore until 7 or 14 days after its been delivered. And they said it will remain like that for a further 60 days. Can this kind of hold be lifted?

of all my stealths i usually let 1 or 2 of them age for 30-60 & 90 days... that will solve the problem and you will be able to have your funds instantly instead of pending !!

In time the holds should be removed again

It does just take time though
