paypal limitation lifted, but ebay is still limited

I need help
I raised my paypal limitation
but ebay is still limited
This is the message that tells me ebay:

Seller attention we detected unusual activity in your account and need to verify some information, so we have been forced to limit sales
go to my ebay and see the message we sent, complete the steps so we can restore its limitations

I have not received any message from ebay in my inbox messages
I sent the documents to paypal and restored my account
but I can not sell on ebay
Should I contact eBay? or paypal
I appreciate the assistance given in this forum

my ebay account was not suspended
I can not just sell

contact ebay, it is either due to the paypal limitation and they need reminding to restore the eb acc or it is seperate issue, and follow and steps they give you, check for a notice in junk email box...they will probably want same studff you sent to paypal, and ebay is easier to restore, so you will probably be ok, it is just that it takes time due to their inefficient system...

live chat can sometimes help do it quicker, depends on who you get, sometimes they action it for you, other times they just give you emails and numbers you have already tried or that do not even work.......keep trying
