Paypal Finally 6 month release???!!! But now how do I get it? Not my name..

Hello!! I have another question!!
Does any body know about if you have a PP Account is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name & have SSN
after 6 months of investigation of PP & they finally released the money
if i add AVS to request a check to MY address & Under MY name
is that dangerous... ?
If I cash out personal check then i have to pay Tax...but this PP Check i dont have to pay tax for i if i deposit checks to my bank account over $10k a month???
Are they gonna ask me where the money come from ?

Some of the members of this forum have some truly incredible amounts of money on limitation. I can't even imagine having 10k held up. I'd be counting down each minute of that 6 month period, nevermind each day lol. I don't have the answer for you, but I certainly do wish you luck =)

Have the money transferred into you bank account that you have on file with that Paypal account.
If you have closed that bank account then open a new one and add it to you paypal account.

HWGA, I thought you could no longer add a bank to a limited Paypal to withdraw your funds if one isn't already attached.

Then I am incorrect.
I have not had a Paypal limited in a few years.

I personally would NOT close any bank account that is connected to a limited Paypal account that contains a balance that I would want out in 6 months.

Agreed, never close a bank account when you plan on withdrawing your funds from a limited account.

Well...I'm very sure that you can add bank account into ur Limited PP (after 180 days) & withdraw it, I used to open a lot of bank accounts & added to the Limited PP but not anymore. When the PP Account Holder name don't match with the Bank Account, then your bank will block your account to investigate... :( thats why I wanna add the AVS & request a check to mail home, checks under my name.
Any body have some experience about this ? All the Limited PP that i request a check from are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ SSN & ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/address.

You are incorrect......
It all depends on what bank you are trying to use.
If you are trying to use ING then yes every time your bank account will get locked.
That has bee discussed MANY times on this forum.

ING has been listed on the Do Not Use For Paypal Deposits for a long time.
Unless this has changed in the past 6 months...

I used to have Wachovia, Compass Bank, Properity, Wellsfargo, Frost bank...
Wachovia & Compass Bank reported me to the EARLY WARNING SERVICES agency & suspended all my bank accounts that under my SSN # ... because they found out that the PP Account holder name don't match with the name on my bank account. They r still working on my case, my money will be released after the investigation but i don't know when. still waiting ...
