by accident deleted amazon cookies and can't login..

I deleted cookies by accident from my firefox browser . Now I am being asked for phone verification to sign in. My phone number is long time dead.

Is there a way to restore the cookies or update phone number with amazon ?

What are my options ?

Yes, 2 days later they allowed me to login. Haven't logged in actually as the system is asking to activate phone verification so will have to pick new sim card for the account.

That was close. Glad you made it back in.

Amazon especially is much more important to have all your "tools" available and never let them expire.

So, updated the phone number yesterday and confirmed sim code sent and all is good. The account is more than a year old so really glad my mistake did not turn into a disaster.
