When i click on upload photo id. it takes me to a page that says security check sorry we can't move forward we couldn't verify your account.

So i can't even upload my photo id...

This happened to me before. I just gave them a call and after a few minutes they told me to "try again" and indeed they did something and I was able to upload documents normally
