Hi my Paypal today got limited, not allowed to withdraw funds for 180days, this was on stealth details, ebay account seems fine, would it be ok to add another paypal to that ebay account and carry on selling?

Read the account sellers adverts most of them can help with that. But if you can modify your own that's even better as it will be 110% unique.
