Suspension but no MC011 or others
Hello,
I've tried searching for this, but usually the results are about people receiving an MC011/MC113 or something similar. But I'm looking for the opposite. "Is it normal to be permanently suspended without receiving an official 'MC###' suspension message, but rather an informal/short suspension message? I've seen other people's suspension message/email and it's much longer than what I've received.
About 5 months back, I was permanently suspended for selling counterfeit trading cards, aka proxies, etc.
I still have the emails. This is the order of warnings.
1. They first give me a warning and pull a listing down that was of a proxy card.
2. The second time, they give me a 3 day restriction, and warn next time will be 7 day restriction.
3. Finally, they permanently suspend me with a final message. No 7 day or even 30 day restriction. From 3 day restriction to permanent ban.
The other thing, too, is their last suspension message makes no mention of MC011 or MC113 or other Ebay related suspension codes (or whatever "MC011" is referred to as) that I see other people receive when they get suspended. No paragraph explanation like I've seen others.
I am wondering if this a normal thing when it comes to people being suspended indefinitely? To be permanently suspended without receiving a formal/official MC011 or MC113?
I could be reaching or grasping for straws here, but I am wondering if there could be something odd about this? And if it could somehow aid me in potential appealing. In any case, I want to just rule this out, if it is something that is not out of the ordinary.
