Paypal took my money after 180 days hold

Paypal limit my account 6 months ago with over 2k on it..I checked to see when they was gonna release my funds and I have this message:

Payment to: Paypal's Damages caused by acceptable use policy violation

Is there a way to get my money??..They didnt send me a email or nothing just took my money!!! Never seen them do this before....

Going to be a tough battle - what kind of stuff where you selling (without specifying the items I mean) you figure caused this AUP violation?

Was it a stealth account? Theres a discord with users taking PayPal to court.

Yes it was a strealth....i had one for 5k one time and they still let me withdraw....They penny pinchin because they losing ebay business I guess...F#CK EM

You weren't going to give them your real ID for a stealth account.

Good thing you did not waste your time sending in ID as that won't be sufficient to get your funds out.

Start other stealth accounts and do a clean sweep every day.

That's an AUP violation... like amazon they'll just take your money.

I WAS selling men items...I was sellin a lot of it...I never sern them take your money like this...first case i seen of this with paypal...F#ck em!!!

The sole fact that a payment processor can just blatantly steal your OWN money is nuts.

I think this practice will be challenged in court for sure, just a matter of time.

Everybody got there item...nobody complained or nothing...They was f#ckin nosey and wanted to see my ID...F#ck em...They limit my account and I keep selling on another paypal page for 3 more months lmfao😂😂😂 But for a website its best to get authorize.net. You control everything andif you have a charge back, in the end the processer gonna side with you😂😂😂...Soon as my website get the sales up a little more Im leaving ebay alone...I want complete control....
