I just registered an eBay business account. But someone knows if I can use my real name under the contact person info? ( my real name was suspended before) Because it needs a real person s info even if open a business account.

Yes you can. If you made a personal account first, then upgraded to business later, they would only need the last 4 but when you start off, you need to give them the whole number. In all reality, it doesn't make any difference anyways.
