strange - no more collection emails?

I've had a few stealth accounts over the past year or so a couple of which ended up with negative balances. Once in a while I check the associated email addresses and for the past few months I haven't been receiving anything from Paypal period which I find odd because they used to send the Please restore your negative.... messages. Has anyone else noticed this on old accounts? Does it just mean they went to proper collections or what?

yeah after a while they send it to ic systems or the other one (i forget the name) ..
