I'm glad I know what I'm doing because I think a lot of this new method scares away 99% of people who may have gotten banned once or recently trying to get back on eBay.

If you have been reading the threads on this forum and subscribe to the eBay Stealth Book, you will be able to experiment, make some mistakes and then achieve a successful stealth account.
There are legit SSNs,folks who are fedup with our system return to their home country ,I know some who have done that.
The one problem they face is our tax law,one has to file income tax no matter where you are and if you owe tax,you have to pay.
If they ever return to US,say for a visit,this will show up on the US customs screen when they clear customs.
