Personal account permanently suspended, try corporate account questions please!

Hi Guys

I'm in New York, USA.

I read through all the guides carefully!

I was able to complete all the steps in the guide one by one

My current situation is as follows.
1. My personal seller account is permanently suspended! And all the personal information used in this seller account is my own, including
SSN (no access to new registration information through relatives/friends)

2, I am currently planning to register an LLC by way of an EIN and go through every step of the guide to create an ebay business account!

My current questions are these.
1, because the suspended account uses my personal information, then when registering an LLC, it will also use that information.

2, when I create a business account with ebay, will ebay make me submit my personal information for verification (this is my biggest concern, if my personal information is required for verification, then it's screwed up)
3, My business is mainly reselling (other people's stuff) and mailing packages are in New York; must my LLC be set up in New York? Or can it be in another state in the US as noted in the guide.

Hello, I would suggest use different IP and different user on computer when you will register your account on LLC, ebay like companies, so I think everything will be okay, but I would suggest register LLC on different address where you living and different IP use also different telephone number, so then they cant track thats its you.

1. What's the reason of suspension? This is important.

2. So you're basically an agent and you get a commission for selling your client's items, correct?

So let's start here so you don't unintentionally make the same mistake again.
And your biz model would actually work on eBay if you set it up correctly.

I was suspended for two reasons (in my opinion)

Early on my buyer account had been permanently suspended (using my current iphone)

And now this seller account is still using the same phone even though all the information is different from the past. I suspect it is being associated! Another thing is that I sell some limited edition products and then sell them on ebay at a markup (new store, sales on ebay for a week were $1300, probably sold too high and defined as a high risk product)

Signing up for LLC to start over is costly for me!

But you just can buy USA account in this forum and you will not need to create, and think about it.

I am on the same boat as you. Personal account has been banned. I own a LLC that I use with other platforms and considering opening an eBay business account but I have the same concern as you. Even if you are registering a business account wont they still ask for your personal SSN and even a drivers license that they will connect the suspended name with? Whats the point of all of this if they ask you those questions from the moment you sign up...Seems impossible to get back on.

The only way that I have seen that works is to open a foreign eBay Stealth account, the best is Ukraine and then after a short while transfer the account to a USA one.

when you say 'transfer', do you mean logging onto ebay.com to sell or....?
