 Starting new account with a family member SSN/EIN
I was suspended on ebay, and I'm going to create an account with a close relative.
When creating a business account with EIN and SSN, does ebay use SSN for tax info, or is that overwritten by EIN?
Is it ok to use MY info (and ssn) when applying for EIN via irs? Is there any way ebay can check that info, or do they only know the EIN # and business name that I submitted to them when creating my ebay account?
If we create a joint bank account and only submit his name to ebay, will ebay know that I'm on the account too?
