Account suspended for repeated not handmade violations

As the title i have an account banned for several not handmade takedown. i see i can appeal. Before i will go to spend time to build some good phrases to put in the forms, what are your experience? Worth a try to appeal or not?

If are not homemade and no proof or logo more reason to not even apply ,usually they are straight can't convince them,for me I would move ahead

Ok thank you very much. I'm pretty new with etsy and i'm wondering how some people can stay up with they not handmade items. My same items

Handmade must be made by you or someone who works for you.
A handmade item you bought in store is not handmade by you

Ok, this is clear like the water is trasparent, but how can some people remain up with resold items?

i think most people rebrand those items, i saw a guy who typically sells items from aliexpress (china) and rebrand those items on his way and himself took pictures of the products giving them different aspect and had a website also, and instead of multiple listing he uses menu and he change title, description ... so it looks like his items are handmade
he mixed his shop with products from china and different locations in US and some digital items

Yes, I see this too.

It's a little frustrating that they are flooding the handmade market with rubbish from china.

True there are individual stores with thousands of feedback ,they throw inside few items from China such as cheap rings worth of €1 resold for hundred times more and all the reviews left by customers that are beautiful, is not uncommon

Plenty of Etsy sellers are doing it,they are too lazy to take their own photos.
