Longer estimated delivery dates showed to customers
I have a big big problem in a almost 10k feedbacks account, all started some months ago. I contacted every kind of customer help section, sent mail, did chat, and multiple ten phone calls. Nobody helped me, despite various technical tickets was opened
I'm asking here if anyone of you experienced this
Shipping from : Monday to Friday
Cut off : 11:30 in the morning
Selected Shipping service : Other Express Courier 1/2 days
Days needed to ship : Same Day
Now while i'm writing a customer looking to one of item listed by that account could read that will receive the item within the 8-9 July, instead the correct date that will be 3-4 July. Today is the first, cut off time passed, so tomorrow the 2 will be shipping day, and 3-4 july for delivery days
Furthermore, metric delay defects are calculated on the 1-2 day shipping chosen and not on the dates indicated to the customer. This is all absurd
Sales are dropped a lot, competitor with same items and same shipping service have more sales, obviously I am rejected by most potential buyers due to the long delivery times
Anyone of you experienced this before? If yes, how did you solve this?
