Default Paypal payment still pending after estimated delivery date
So I have a few payments from ebay which were meant to be released on the 30th and 31st. They are still pending. Is anyone else having this problem right now?

It's happening to 2 of my non-related stealth accounts so far :(

yes i am having the same problem on more 10 of my accounts. whats going on here??
