Screwed up estimated delivery date. Delivered before dispatch!

Hi all

I have an item with a 10 day dispatch time. However ebay has given the buyer an estimated delivery date that's 5 days before my dispatch deadline.

Anyone else had this? It's weird why would ebay promise the buyer that they will receive the item 5 days BEFORE the deadline for my dispatch.

So annoying.

Never seen that happen before. This is happening on just 1 listing or across a few?

Across a few I think I contacted ebay support and all they said was don't worry if you get a defect we will remove it. Great but how about fixing the actual problem instead.

I had to double my dispatch time in order to get the correct estimated delivery date. Insane.
