Would a new account under same address of a banned account get suspended?

My old account has been suspended for about 7 years - I've oney used it to buy stuff but if I were to use my brothers ID under a different account to sell but with the same address would it be banned?

Could you use a different answer to be safer? Or modify address with an apt or condo?

mmm that would be difficult I think Ebay have started to ask for bank and address verification now
