Activity: 0% Longevity: 82% | | Ebay member "TOLOTZIN" bought phakes from me:What to do
Hi, been reading lots of posts and value everyones input, I was wondering who could help me? I need a solution.
I only had a couple of microsoft office 2010 on ebay, tolotzin asked me for SKU and where it was made,I ignored it, 2 days later I listed my last on {last one #5 buy it now}. and he bought it within a couple of minutes,I got suspicious when I looked at his feedback [Buys all & only software 21000 fb]and did not send invoice, but he paid the next day anyway. I did a little research, found his location next to MS campus in redmond,WA. I also read post if you send it he will give u negative to expose you and if you do not send it he will still leave negative. Is there a way around this? If I would have known this before hand I would have blocked him before listing. his ebay mailing ship address is jorge, his e-mail to me said mike. some people think he is buying for an institution or offloading overseas or somewhere, I think all the info. is a cover up [monarca industrial trading inc.] and is BSA. What do you think and what should I do? just not ship or? All input would be appreciated.

if you have suspicions for whatever reason about an ebay buyer,
cancel and block bidder, it is your right to do so. Try and be diplomatic about
why you cancelled, an error in listing or some such reason

I would tell the buyer that you ran out of inventory. You got two choices.
You ship, he gets items, leaves neg and could dispute money thru paypal and you be out of money and items. Plus you are suspicious of the buyers motives.
You don't ship, risk only getting a neg.

It is ok to cancel and block bidder after he just paid. without repercutions, problems or negative FB? I would say listing error out of stock.

There have been huge discussions on MANY forums. He works for the following company:
Monarca International Trading
If you google his ebay name, you can find alot of information. I have a feeling that this person works for microsoft....
I could be wrong, but there could be alot of theories...

What if he is [not sure] in connection with BSA/Microsoft & ebay his bz name name is connected with gov contract? Monarca International Inc.
tolotzin 21000 FB only buys MS Software, does not sell and only leaves negative FB for non-genuine product. What a job
I did google found a lot. Thinking he works fo Msoft too.

If this person DOES work for Microsoft, and you send him a non-genuine product, you could end up being sued (or your stealth identity being sued).
Nothing good can come of filling the order.

Nothing good can come of filling the order. | I suggest you fulfill his order but instead, go out and purchase the genuine product in order to send it to him. This could save your ass from a negative feedback and a possible law suit....

ok, and then block him from further purchases. I do not think he has another account [could be wrong]. I brainstormed that idea ,but I guess this is a costly mistake. Even if I jus cancel/block and return money he will still pursue. I have no more msoft and do not intend to list no more.
Thanks!

You have to assume MS has a few buyers. You also have to assume if you cancel the sale and block them they are going to know what you are selling. I dont know the ins and outs on selling software, but if I had to guess, you are dead in the water.
They don't take kindly to this
They have unlimited resources
They wont just go away
But again, I dont know the ins and outs of software sales.

Like other have said you can go out and buy a real one and send it to him.
However, if you are not going to sell again this is how I would handle it. Mail a empty package to a legit address in the same town with Delievery Confirmation.
Send him the confirmation number, when he contacts you that he did not get it, tell him USPS.com is showing it as delivered but if he did not get it you will immediately give him a full refund and "look into the matter"
Now if he was not looking to make trouble, he will go on his merry way or ask you for another. You say "sorry that was my last one, which is why it was so cheap"
If he leaves a neg just leave a follow up feedback explaining "package lost in mail gave full refund"

Yes,this makes sense.I have been racking my brain with this and keep coming back to the same thought. hook, line, sinker.I was suspicious when he asked for the SKU and where it was made, which I ignored the e-mail. Then 2 days later he did buy in now. I wonder if I would have responded and gave the correct info. he needed ,he would have moved on to the next Hanging? Whatcha think? Thoughts?

Wont the empty package come back if it is not accepted by whomever.
He will see that in the tracking. or perhaps dont put a return address on it which the p.office will ask about or make return address non legiable? thoughts?

Another reason to send the real deal is it gets them off your back for good most likely, if you cancel and they'll know why and they won't just say, "Oh well, the guy must be legit if he cancels the order let's just forget about him."
