Hello guys.

I looked around but I could find the same case like mine.

The thing is that I have a verified PayPal for about a 9 months.
I started to sell in eBay 3 months ago. eBay suspended me and asked me to send them proof of address and my ID. I did this and they reinstated my acc.
Anyway I started to sell slowly but after the 30-th positive feedback I started to sell little bit more. It was okay and till today I didn't have any problems with my PP or my eBay.

Today i received this:

As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the
PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding
your account.

We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially
high risk.

I went to check out what is the list that they want me to fill in.
They asked me for Proof of delivery, Supplier contact information and more information about the last 5 payments.

My supplier is from Turkey and I sent them a information like telephone and fax number, e-mail, web site. Is that gonna be okay for them ?

I couldn't provide proof of delivery because the items are still on the road and I told them that the people prefer to pay less so I'm sending everything without tracking information - I filled this too.

What do you think guys...are they gonna reinstated my PP account ?
I forget to tell you that my eBay acc is still up and I removed my PP from It but I don't have the 50 feedback's to stop accept PP..I have only 48

Can I use something like PP ? I'm from Bulgaria

Any advices ?

There could be a possibility for reinstatement. Since you haven't got the message where they tell you they can't have you as a customer like they did me. There is still that chance provided that they accept all the documents.

Supplier from Turkey will likely not be ok - all depends on what you are selling. Get the documents in order and make the try.

What were you selling? That is the only way I can make an educated guess.
