Default Paypal shutting down more sellers during the Hollidays?

Anyone notice this or is it just a coincidence? More than 50% of all the sellers I've been tracking have completely shut down during the month of November and another two today. Their eBay accounts look fine, but when they usually have lots of auctions up or buy-it-nows that get 10+ sales a day, now all their sales have dropped to 0. My Paypal got frozen too...anyone know what's up?

(edit: scratch that 50%, after looking at all my saved sellers list, 23 out of 29 sellers are at 0 items listed and the latest feedbacks on most have been late November)

Are they still registered users? eBay might have just placed limits on their accounts because they are no meeting the DSR scheme. If they sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ this is probably the case.

Yea, eBay has been doing some series limitations ever since they added the buyer protection ad to the homepage. I'm not surprised to hear what your saying...

Yeah looks like they are still registered, will keep an eye out. Some fishy things going on though, sucks to be a seller these days.

The main problem is that the buyer has too much say. My only problem is feedback (low DSR's). I have to maintain TRS to do well and lost it last month by 0.03.
