 Help Encouraging buyers to pay using merchant account
Could someone give me some hints as to how to get people to use the auctiva merchant account once set-up. I had one sale where it was used and one where it was not even though I gave free shipping. I have the automatic email going out on auctiva at the end of the auction, at least I think that it is automatic, asking buyers to use the Auctiva system. Any other suggestions? I have also thought about a toll free number and require a telephone call prior to a customer paying.
