Buyer troubles after unpaid item filed
Hello, a buyer didnt pay for an item. I open unpaid dispute after several days but later the buyer paid for the item and eBay closed the unpaid dispute.
Since I received the payment I went ahead on shipping the item. Weeks later buyer opened a case saying item did not received. I included tracking info showing all the proof and asked buyer to close the case after receiving. Days later buyer did closed it.
I though all is GOOD but much later this buyer left me a negative saying the product is not good! I request the buyer to revise feedback after offering refund. Buyer accepted it and changed it into positive.
My frustration now is losing my money and feedback revision quota. Will eBay listen to me and grants me back the quota if I explain it to them? Any additional input guys? Please help...I am lost and frustrated! |
