Default PayPal Limit.Goods Sent.Limited Account

Hi everyone.

I'm new to the forum. And basically have been trading on eBay for about a year now. Nearly most the stores I know and bargains have got me hooked on eBay and PayPal.Through buying items and selling a few items I achieved a positive feedback of 20 100% within a 2month period.
Recently eBay suspended my account as I listed an itemthey told me they classed as 'high risk' as it was over £300.
I provided them all the evidence and after phone calls and live chat conversations for 24 hours constantly with no sleep along with the correct documentation my account was re-instated to my joy.
So since that I bought 4 items gained a further 4 Positive feedback 100%.
And then this month I was moving house and decided to sell some stuff. The stuff totalled £8000 or whats probably like $10000.
I checked yesterday and money was in my accouunt fine. Went to the post office and I was told due to the weight of some of the items they couldn't be sent with a signature therefore I had to send them as a standard parcel with no tracking. However I retained all reciept as I always do.
Anyway got back home ready to email the sellers the reciept for proof of postage and to my horror my account was limited 'PayPal requires more information about your sales'.
I rang PayPal twice and explained to them about the Parcel weight which they seem to be very cool about I scanned in the reciepts and added it as evidence along with my Driving Licence & Utility Bill (all they asked) and the woman stated within 24 hours they'll have your account back don't worry.
However..after browsing the internet..I am worried !! These items were expensive and the postage has cost alot too even standard delievery.
I don't know what to do..please can anybody help me?

I'm about to literally cry. Just got told that PayPal won't be giving me my money back and have now put a limitation that cannot be appealed against in. And I can only refund the sellers. However the items have already been dispatched!! :(

Welcome to the forums. While pa yp al is a dicey company, I would not panic just yet.

You did all their steps - good. Woman agent stated 24 hours so wait a bit - don't go crazy yet. Yes the fact you don't have tracking is dangerous, it of itself is not killer. Since your goods are not high risk (supposedly) household items, you could be ok - 1st question: DID you sell your stuff via eb ay? Or personal sales?

I sold the stuff via eBay however not I've been told the items 'are too high risk' and my accounts been limited with an appeal I cannot appeal against.
The problem is Ive already dispatched the items and send them the photographic scannings of my proof of dispatch. However they have limited my account now without I appeal and so ive basically given these items away for free!
I actually feel like crying. Just tried to ring PayPal and they are closed

Exchanged pm's with the OP. Amount being held by paypal is not $8000. Refund done.

Paypal are holding funds of approximately £180. Still a shame
