£1900 receiving limit...... limited account
My partners account has been limited, and they are asking for more info which i provided, i completed all steps and then it tells me to update information as the final step......
So i put in the address which is registered with them on file, they then come up with a message saying this is wrong and ive failed to match something :-s
So now, i have outlined steps which say, a verification thing will be sent to the address, they also mention a phone thing and something else.
The thing is, i no longer live at that address?
what can i do?
