Any Canadian here got their good seize by Cincinnati CUSTOMS in USA?
My parcel via DHL arrived in Cincinnati custom on Friday afternoon and it has been on clearance delay ever since. Never run into any problem til now. Just curious if any Canadian experience the same problem as I do.

Vero. I wouldn't worry too much if you are not buying vero.
I heard ems is much safer but it's sooooo slow.
EMS usually takes 8 business days. Isnt DHL like 6 days? Never had a problem with customs seizing anything. I had packages opened and they were VERO items and yet nothing happened. I know they opened because they placed their "Canadian customs" tape over the open part.
HKEMS is just as fast as DHL. Be sure to request "HKEMS". Price is slightly higher, but well worth it and your items deliver 6 days per week with USPS.

Ok. So I got the official letter from USA Custom about the seize. What should I do, wise men in this forum. Should I ignore the letter or should I reply? I'm from Canada btw.
Yes Customs are very strict when it comes to Private shippers like DHL, customs opened an envelope that was shipped to me by DHL which only contained papers. Every time a shipment comes from DHL, it always had the "checked by customs" tape on it. And not to mention the extra Fee's. Best way to ship is EMS.
NEVER had an issue with DHL, and packages usually take 48-72 hours to arrive to me from china. Although I dont buy foo-foos so I am one of the few that can sleep at night, and havent created a "ohhh noooo customs letter, what do I do" thread, or the dreaded vero sue letter. Why do people go through this type of stuff, when there are so many better options?
