Default Paypal limiting my new accounts

Ok so i bought a new laptop. IP different, different user IDs. Using entropay for CC.. nothing at all linked.

I sell an item. no problem. i wait 2 days to send the money else where then i get a message saying not enough funds when there is enough funds. Sometimes i change it to send as money owing and it might work a couple of times then bang account limited.

This seems to happen to accounts about a month old. Accounts which are older are fine (4months +)

So what do you guys say? Is it every account they are limiting? Mind you i am not sending a lot of money - maybe between $60 to $100.

Its getting fustrating as i need to start all over again and paypal does not let the accounts to age.

I dont have any old accounts left and anything new i create this is what happens.

Any sugestions plzzzz?

Stop sending the money elsewhere. It's not normal or natural. Your new, you do what every noobie does, you get paid and you withdraw to your bank or you spend it. Stealthers, con-men, and all sorts of ne'r do wells send money elsewhere. Save that for when the account is established

Maybe you are right but i have so many different accounts, how am i going to open that many bank accounts so i could withdraw, i dont think it is possible.

When i send money i send it to the few paypal accounts that have bank accounts attached to it??

Eh so confusing!

It is easy to open several bank accounts to withdraw.

You are not limited to how many you can have.

Sure you need to be careful with opening tons of them but you surely can have 5-10 real quick and easily.

Today i tried experimenting something so i thought i let you guys know.

I sold an item for about $60. I tried sending $17 to someone elses account that i owed that much for an item and same thing happened " not enough funds". On this account i had previously had a transaction to one of my other accounts. I sent $60 to that account and it worked fine.

So i am thinking if i send a few dollars from my main paypal account to other stealth accounts then i can transfer ok?

What do you guys think?

Moving money around to pps can be risky.

If you are willing to take the chance.

A bank account should have been added to your PP long before you arrived at this stage you are at right now.

Do this first & now before doing anything else.

You need to read to learn the correct methods.

Ideally you would be selling on a fully verified and confirmed account.

Are you?

And if you are not why not?

Try to learn procedures by reading here rather than ruining accounts because of your errors.

Yea, that's a big mistake already. Your bank account should already be on your paypal account.

Dont go sending money.

Or if you do make sure that you have made them aware that you are sending it.

Best thing to do is spend it on something or buy something from your other account.

Make sure you make an invoice though.

New?

It is not a new rule.

Common sense tells you to make accounts that are concrete and having a cc helps assure you of that.

this is all backwards, first you add a bank account, get virified, then start selling.
last time (which was a while ago) when i sold something on a new account without a bank verify it didn't even let me claim the money, i'm guessing that changed.

Actually, my situation a little different.. You have to confirm your email to even get a payment on a new paypal account.

So, I had a paypal account setup, no bank account attached, had a payment goto it, and when I logged in, I had to confirm my email to even receive the money (when I had already done that before, so its odd).

I then added the bank account same day..

OF COURSE, it is wisest to have your bank account attached before you get a payment, along with a CC so you are verified and your withdrawal hold is gone.
