Has anybody sold on ebay with an unverified pp account with just a vcc attached??

yup. Although naturally, its safer to have it verified. But, Ive sold on ebay without being completely verified

what do you mean without completely verified, do you have word VERIFIED on the top of your Paypal or GET VERIFIED ?

USA accounts require a Bank account to be verified and a CC to lift withdraw limits above $500.

There are few UK users who seem to have great success with doing unverif pp for sales. While its not recommended, you could search the users and pm.

I wont drop their names because thats their business if they want to deal with your questions

Can you list with only vba verified? 6 of my accounts got mc999 listing removed because I didn't add vcc?

Its probably because you simply listed too fast.
How old were the accounts?
Did you list right after you created them?
What did you list?
Im assuming that you've read the guide and changed and made everything all new info?
