Exclamation Low Risk High Value , Suspicious ??

I've got brand new stealth account that i haven't sold anything with yet.

I want to sell an item with a low starting price (99p-£10) but estimate that it will end up selling for about £350.

Do you think the account will get suspended when the price starts going up?

This item isn't electronic or a designer brand and i could even list it as a used item.

What do you guys think ?

What category? That's the first determinant - is it considered high risk?

Then there is your danger.

An end high cost of £350 may be too much for paypal to like.

I would consider waiting until you have sold some items, have some feedback.

Broad view of this suggests the chance of a paypal limitation should you decide to transfer funds after sale completion
Think carefully

High risk isn't just a matter of category.

High risk is also final value cost AND credentials of the buyer. You could be in the lowest category ever created - but if your buyer just made his account and pays on a credit card...expect some issues...

I once sold 60,000 unbranded golf tees. Job lot at 0.5p each Buy it now sold within a day. £300 in PayPal. Twos hour later - limitation.

You can't get much more 'low risk' than unbranded golf tees! I refunded, sorted the issue and re-listed as 30,000. Two payments of £150 - no problem

It's hit an miss. But I 'roughly' see £260ish as the limit in UK for a 'no problem' first/second/third/fourth sale.
