Paypal not letting me withdraw funds into bank

Well this is a new one to me, I could not see anyone having this problem on the forum before either, here goes -

I have an ebay and paypal account which is about 2 months old, my ebay is in good order 100% fb, my paypal still has the 21 day payment holds etc, I have passed the 21 days with previous funds and had no problems withdrawing into my bank account.

Today however, more funds have become available and when I tried to withdraw the funds paypal were asking me to add a bank account, I thought this was strange considering I have used it before, anyway...when i enter my account number and sort code I get an error with this message from paypal -

The account you've entered needs an additional review before we can proceed. Please add a different bank account. If you'd still like to use this bank account, please contact Customer Service.



Anyone come accross this before? I really don't want to have to speak to anyone from paypal as it is stealth and i am a useless liar!!

I would also like to add that my account is not limited in any way.

What type of account with what bank?

Last week, paypal uk had many many issues with bank accounts.

Some users had to resort to speaking to them.

You already had a bank account attached did you?

yes, already had the bank account attached GB and funds went into bank ok.

I have sent an email asking them, I would rather avoid speaking to anyone unless necessary.

Bank is Natwest.

Since keithy72 already said Natwest, I reckon it might be that bank.
