Paypal Got Limited Help

Im using a Canada Paypal it has 40$ Balance and Got Limited .

I dont have a VBA and a VCC .



I hope someone can help me .

It also needs a Phone Verification , So I need to Put a AVS VCC + VBA ?

AVS VCC for Canada (if you need to register the VCC, register it to the Canadian address).

VBA - sellers have it here, clarify that it is for Canada pp

Phone - if necessary- OP do a google search for Canadian forwarding numbers - get one for trial or cheap and have the call sent to your phone. Do the CC and VBA first and see if number still needed.

Always good to have a working phone number on the pp account though...

Sadly the OP will pay out more in getting everything sorted to just collect $40

Pretty easy limitation to pass, but would cost you more than the $40 if its an old account might be worth the cost as it might come out stronger after passing the steps. You would need a vba for bank, and phone and vcc for confirming location.

Likely so - discussion of the steps is independent of the pricing. Might just have write this one off and spent time on new stealth accounts then or as 123 indicated, making the account stronger for future business is a good thing.

Plus OP will learn better how the paypal platform works.
