Default Your account has been limited until we hear from you‏..???

Hello today i got an email from Paypal which says :
'Your account has been limited until we hear from you‏'.

They want invoices,business info,supplier invoices,photo id etc.

This is a stealth paypal acccount so i cannot provide all the above info..

I had around 1000$ in this account..

What can i do to get the money out?
It would be better for me to pemanently limit my account and to get my money after a period of time..(or after 180 days). Now it seems that my money will be frozen forever without these documents??What can i do?

If you have an idea or a recommendation for me i would be very grateful.

Wait it out 180 days. Some get it released earlier and some dont.

Do you have backups.

And can you refund money to buyers to get the funds down lower and not send the items that you were able to refund for?

Do not confuse what I am saying, ship the items that were paid for, but in some cases you can refund buyers, send them a message and the money amount will be much lower and you still have product in your hands.

Hello,

Thanks for your quick response!

Yes i have already thought to lower the amount with some refunds..
But i have shipped the most of the items before the limitation..
So 100$ can be refunded but the other 900$ are already shipped items..

However,if i leave my account as it is and don't send any proofs,id's,bills etc. to Paypal ,after 180 days will they allow me to withdraw the money?

Yes, typically they let you withdraw 180 days after your suspension.

sometimes sooner if you have good tracking and bother pp about it. I would even contact people who already received items and see if you can refund them and have them pay on another pp. some will some wont but it works sometimes I mean it requires a little trust but some people understand and do it. " hey my paypal got locked and you got your item anyway I can refund you and have you pay me again?" something like that works but remember opens the door for getting linked but not really pp is a big busy dog with lots of fleas and not many brains, they dont usually link this kind of stuff especially if you have different refundees send to different accounts and modify the amount slightly.

In general, 180 days is the wait - sometimes you will have some money release earlier but make ready to wait the full 180 days -you should have access to your funds.

Thank you guys for your advices,

It seems that Paypal has a lot of traps and tricks to get funds from its customers around the world and invest these money to get a profit for short periods of time(180 days or less)..
It so frustrating but we have to accept it and go on and being more careful in the future..

Thanks again and have the best luck with your sales!
