The account was purchased from myself. There has been a misunderstanding regarding the account either as a result of miscommunication from myself or caused by a mis-interpretation by the buyer. I have offered the buyer my apologies and a full refund. In addition to this the buyer can keep the account, which currently has active listings on it.

I strive to provide excellent customer service to all my clients and where this is not the case, I always offer resolution.

As it stands at this moment, the buyer has refused all offers to resolve.

He went out of his way to inform us.

May I go on record as saying this is the standard by which Ebayorbust operates his selling practices.

Right at this moment, we are waiting for a response from the OP. Not once has the OP given the requested info.
