Got a natwest current account ready but paypal not letting me add it. Saying:

paypal is currently unavailable? since yday?

Sometimes there are issues on PP UK.

Give it another 24 hours.

Sometimes you have to ring to have bank accounts manually added.

when ringing just give my stealth name and address. Is this not a risky approach though?

Also when ringing what about the land-line number? Is this also recognised by them? Because my land-line number is most likely suspended one?

So I should use another number or land-line ok?
