 Working with a german Stealth-Account in Germany, Invoice and Taxation
Hi there,
im new here and very thankful that ive found this community. I understood somehow how a Stealthaccount works but i have some Questions about what happens after i sold something on ebay!
Lets say my Company is called "A" and i sell on ebay with an Stealthaccount named "B".
Since Paypal is not checking the Bankaccount i can withdraw the money - so far so good.
But now i sold Products with an Invoice made by "B"! So "B" (could be a Friend or a fictional Person) has to pay my Taxes?!
Here in Germany i have to provide the invoices ive written and then they calculate the taxes ive to pay - what will they say if my invoices are made by "B" not by my real company "A"?
Someone from Germany with the same Issue?
