New Paypal Stealth Same eBay account

I went through a big hassle with PayPal about a month ago after I was scammed out of $1400 and the end result was PayPal permanently limited my account for security reasons they say. However the scammer was scotch free and likely continued scamming people through PayPal. At least I got my money back.

Now I have a good eBay account with a year store subscription paid for. Would I be able to create a new PayPal Stealth account and link it to my eBay account? My eBay account previously had my now limited account linked to it. Will I have any issues using a stealth paypal for my regular non stealth eBay account? or should I avoid paypal all together?

I've bought the eBay stealth guide but I have not yet read the entire thing.

Absolutely positively not. The number 1 rule of stealth is to avoid linking accounts at all costs. If you link your old eBay to new stealth PayPal it will almost guaranteed to be limited.

Your best option is to start fresh with a new eBay and new PayPal and forget the others even existed.

But my current eBay account is still good. Almost a top rated seller. How would paypal be able to link my stealth account to my old limited account just because I linked it to the same eBay account? All I do is enter an address to link them.

my experience is 50-50

I added new Paypal to old eBay many times. Some of them will be good, no problem. But some of them will be limited soon. So.. if you have nothing to lose, just try it. Start from the beginning (sell slowly)

So worst case scenario is paypal limits my stealth account.

Here is how I figure I should go about this and correct me if I'm wrong.

Create a new user on my computer and use a free VPN to change my ip. create a new gmail account on the new user then signup for paypal using said gmail. After that Verify it with a payoneer card and an ally bank account. Then switch over to my regular computer user and go to ebay and link the paypal stealth to my eBay account. Then whenever I need to transfer money to my bank account from paypal I use the new user account with the different ip. I reckon that should work.

I've read most of the Stealth Book. I don't want to get rid of my eBay account because it is a good account. Paypal just decided to be a bitch and limit my account because of a few paypal cases opened by idiot buyers.

Would linking a relatives paypal account to my current eBay work if I can't use a paypal stealth?

Why can't you understand that by linking another PayPal will eventually get your PayPal and or Ebay Account Limited? Why is this so difficult to understand? do you think that when we tell you it's a risk we are telling you for the hell of it?

It's all about time, how long will your Super Awesome Plan last? Who knows! But be prepared and pray you don't have a lot of money in the PayPal when it gets Permanently Banned.....And Pray your Super awesome ebay account doesn't go down also.

Up until now, ebay owned paypal. THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY up until right now. anything you tell ebay also is told to paypal.
So you make a new paypal and add it to an ebay listing and at that very moment that paypal account is linked to that ebay account along with your old paypal account.

Can it work? Yes. Does it work for most people? No. Is it a LONG TERM solution? absolutely not for almost all people.

You will have to be VERY cautious on how much you sell and how quickly and what the items are. It is a brand new account.

Keep in mind you will be scrutinized like all new paypal accounts. Tax info will be asked for at some point, invoices, proof of address and these days even a picture of your SS card. Are all these things the same as a new ebay/paypal combo? Yes.
The only difference is that a new account will grow and potentially be a long term option, especially while you build more stealth accounts. With just attaching a new paypal to old ebay you most likely will be doing the work again sooner than later.

As for your plan, it is flawed on most steps. I would never use a free service for one example. Two would be just to move the old ebay account to the new user with the new paypal account to make things less complicated. Keep them both on a new IP and ditch the old one altogether.
