Just bought an account but other account was never suspended

Hey everyone. I'm brand new to the forum and am loving everything so far...so much value. Anyways, I just bought an eBay account off here, reason being I just wanted higher seller limits and am impatient. My eBay account that I've sold with before was never banned or suspended or anything. No suspicious activity whatsoever. I have a few questions.

1) Should I worry about linking this new account I just bought with the PayPal account I used for my other eBay account?

2) How separate should I keep these accounts? (IP wise, cookie wise, etc)

3) Is it safe to use all the same personal information as my old account?

1) Use the paypal account provided, keep it completely separate.
2) Everything must be different including ips cookies etc
3) Do not use same info on both accounts.

The reason i said all of that was because incase one of the accounts gets suspended or restricted at least you have a backup, yes, it'll take effort using seperate things for each one, but in the long run is totally worth it.
