Cant loginto account but no email

Hi i cant loginto my amazon account its not suspended. I had sent in information to change to business account were awaiting validation. I called amazon they saying account specialists will email you and it seems its a billing issue. Help needed do you think i will get my account back

Sounds like you've probably been linked and they've deleted the account.

Based on your last thread where you were trying to create a new account I am not surprised, the setup you were going for was so messy!

Be that i had my own credit card on file but on stealth name. Whats way around the credit card as vcc dont work

Your account looks like its deleted.

You will have been linked in your set up.

Your credit card would have been fine as you were able to set up the account

If you cannot log in and amazon is requesting a new password then the account is deleted.

They will not email you and the account is dead.

Start again and look at your methods.

By the way your laptop if you set up a new user account it will be fine.

Just get going on a new account you could be waiting forever for them to contact you, in the meantime you could be making money!

Setting up a new account on the same laptop with a new user account will be fine??

I wouldn't do that... I always use a VM, for obvious reasons, with Amazon.

User accounts are perfectly safe, I have run several accounts for several years, obviously you have a new IP for each account.

Micky, for eBay, user accounts are perfectly safe but for Amazon, user accounts may not be the best way forward since the MAC address remains same for all user accounts on one PC/laptop/device. VMs have their own MAC address for each virtual machine. Each VM is like a new PC...

If it's working for you, that's good, but I wouldn't recommend it...

Amazon can't see your MAC, but they can see OS and other details.
