Unhappy Suspended, Reinstated Now Under Review

So my account was suspended back in september for having some items not as described (even though they were just customers using and returning). one for inauthenticity (customer bought a silver metal hairclip then complained it wasnt real silver - seriously?) I sell ladies accessories like hair clips hats and tiaras. all non branded stuff.

so i paid someone a ton of money to write my appeal and learned about a lot of things to keep an eye on like 2 or more returns on one asin in 60 days should get examined why. email customers when they return an item for not as described to find out why etc.

So i got back online in a couple of days. suffered through the 14 day rolling review which was finally lifted 2 weeks ago. Yay...

Then this morning i woke up to your account is under review and they are holding funds again. Great more pain right before christmas. Still at least im selling for now anyway.

I have been doing everything i said i would do in my plan. Emailing customers if anything is not as described or defective and closing the listing taking out the stuff to look at.

98% of my stuff is FBA, 100% feedback. 1 a to z claim succesfully defended for lying about not receiveing item. Metrics all green. the few orders we have we despatch same or next day using recorded or special delivery maybe 2 or 3 a week.

The only thing here that we dont do is add tracking number. maybe this is why?

only had one notification in last month about an item being inauthentic a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ hair extension - i emailed seller performance and listing got reinstated because it was a ridiculous claim. how can a synthetic unbranded hair extension be inauthentic...

i want to appeal but if i appeal will it get the withholding of funds over quicker? also i dont know what amazon actually wants from me as they havent said specifically what they are looking at.

I have been selling on amazon for 8 years and this is the first time that i have ever had a problem. My sales volume is about 350k pounds a year.

any help would be appreciated

Just let it ride, e mail them in about 14 days explaining the majority of your sales are FBA and when will the rolling reserve be lifted. Believe it or not, seller performance don't actually look how you fulfil your order.

have you had this review before?

I would say this looks like a velocity review but you mentioned that you have been selling for 8 years.

and since you are still able to sell stuff during the review does made me think of it more likely to be a velocity review.

but having said that, i had a similar experience at Amazon US. got suspended. wrote an appeal, got reinstated. few days later got suspended again with the same reason which i have appealed and reinstated. took good 2 month before they reinstate me back.

it might have been the automatic system that triggers it. if you are legit, i dont see any reason why you shouldnt call them instead of just emailing them. sometimes they are just slow.

in the meantime, i would suggest create few other Amazon Stealth and spread your risk. since you are doing FBA, thats an added benefit too!

im sure you can expand your business if you are familiar with stealth.

Hi,

I would recommend you add tracking numbers as it gives it a more professional look. Not sure if Amazon would care but I used to add tracking to all items I used to ship.

Sounds like a simple review. No worries.
In the USA, we have a 14 day hold anyways, so a review is hardly noticed at all.
